Fitness
The videos below show the fitness classes at the gym. these are only meant as a snapshot to give you an idea of some of the things we do. The classes are kept small on purpose to preserve the quality of everyones experience while keeping fit at 'Rectory Boxing'. If you are interested in the classes please contact us.
Amateur Boxing
The ‘Boxers’ night on a Friday is where we work on skills and sparring for those lads who are representing the club in competition, or who are on their way to that first bout. The clip below is a little snapshot of some of the things we do to improve the boxers skills.
